Simplifies this script and ensures
static/releases.jsonis in-sync with what@electron/fiddle-coreexpects since it is the consumer. To that end it now populates the full release info (effectively justreleases.jsonunmodified) so that it can be used in future PRs to pull Node.js versions and ABI info.
