Hardware accelerated slop

This is a vibe coded mod to 2026.5.21 that enables VA-API hardware acceleration. Only tested on Linux with AMD GPU.

You should set WEYLUS_VAAPI_DEVICE env to specify GPU. If you have an iGPU and a dGPU it will default to iGPU, so you would need to launch like this:

WEYLUS_VAAPI_DEVICE=/dev/dri/renderD129 ./weylus
