We can't rename this file to something random and bind-mount it into the specific path (or you end up with something like
docker: invalid spec: ..../tests/integration/fixtures/files/clusters/local_registry.toml:/etc/containerd/certs.d/localhost:5000/hosts.toml:ro: too many colonscontainerd does support looking at a different path for registry addresses with ports in them: https://github.com/containerd/containerd/blob/main/docs/hosts.md#port-handling-in-registry-host
