Build StarBook Mk V (Star Labs L5) image

After talking with @Sean-StarLabs, it sounds like building up-to-date Star Labs images on our infra could be beneficial. Ideally, we could build two images:

• ISO installer image like our regular ISOs
• Imageable .img file that can be directly imaged on hardware, e.g. without a user to be used in an imaging pipeline (similar to Pinebook Pro or Raspberry Pi style images)

Over time, we should be able to customize things in this image like providing OEM info for the About plug and possibly including the Star Labs repo out of the box.

@Sean-StarLabs if we were to build an .img, does your imaging pipeline handle expanding that to fill the disk?

The idea was for you guys to make an image that we'd just put on all machines, so it's a known working state from your side, then it could be more prominent on the website (IIRC, Cassidy drafted some pages).
