I'm actually not sure why we're prompting for permission here, but I can connect to a wifi network from a standard user account with this branch so 🤷♀️

I can't test this PR because I use elementary OS on a VM on my Mac and thus it can't detect the Wi-Fi NIC of the host Mac.
