New features:
- add lift_over_probe_annotations function (after SeSAMe's mLiftOver function) to translate a dataset from one array version to another
- add impute_betas function to replace missing beta values by either user-provided default values, or default values provided by SeSAMe. Default values depend on the samples cell type, which can be automatically detected.
