`--cookie` and `--name` cli options do not work when using `--app` option

When I try to invoke my application with: elixir -pa ebin --app my_application --name my_name --cookie my_cookie --no-halt it still is configured as "nonode@nohost". Using iex and mix it works.

I'm using elixir 0.9.3
