improve quickstart page

this is a general cleanup of quickstart -- it has an incorrect starting flow saying to first create an agent. i cleaned it up and made it super basic for a quickstart. also i did some other improvements like adding the bun logo icon, improving the troubleshooting, and re-arrangeing the card order for whats next.
