BAT

I use the Bayesian Analysis Toolkit (BAT) to set limits on signal production, as Theta doesn't easily allow me to morph my templates correctly. I also use BAT to produce Bayesian predictions and perform the Minuit fitting for F-tests. My BAT-specific code is available in the fatjet_bat repository. History

I starting using BAT to fit analysis regions simultaneously, a task I performed in response to convener questions about signal contamination. In the end, I dropped this procedure, but I kept using BAT for other things.
