gc no longer deletes branches by default; --prune-workspaces deletes only branches whose head is pinned or untouched, --force-prune for the rest. Neon pins now hang off the branch the state came from (re-register Neon objects committed by earlier alphas). git backend accepts the positional path. See CHANGELOG.md.
