file-exists-pよりもfile-executable-pの方が適切だと思いましたので
変更しました。
file-exists-pはディレクトリに対してもtを返すので、間違えてbinフォ
ルダを指定していたとしてもそのまま処理が進んでしまいます。
(この場合にワーニングを出すのかという別の問題はありますが。。)
