Bedrock support should not bring in autoconfiguration

Agent API should not introduce autoconfiguration.

Bedrock support does. This makes it impossible to upgrade to Spring AI 1.0.0 because Bedrock autoconfiguration has become more aggressive and produces warnings even if Bedrock is not in use.

Hello, this is currently discussed in #541

The current BedrockModels implementation relies on 3 Properties classes available in the spring AI bedrock autoconfig and the BedrockAwsConnectionConfiguration to allow the reuse of the same yml configuration, I can't find a simple solution without some sort of copy of these classes

PR #541 is complete but I used push -f on my branch and can't complete or dismiss requested change myself, sorry for this but I need someone with sufficient rights to dismiss the unreachable "change request"
