Pre-built binaries

I can look into add this to CI but I've had problems to build teleprobe for different platforms, more specifically the 64 bit Raspberry OS on a Raspberry Pi 3B+.
After a the resent update of probe-rs, now instead of the openssl version mismatch I get a libc error when cross-compilong with `cross` and installing the binary on the PI is just freezing and never finishes.
