Move a couple more "example" debug tools from embedded-graphics/examples to here.

These don't use the nice framework, but that can be changed later if we need to come back and debug these shapes.

* Bump dependencies to released alpha/beta versions

* Reposition fill demo to a squarer aspect ratio

Originally did this for the simulator screenshot collage but I think it
looks nicer like this.

* Thicken "heartbeat" polyline demo

* Add nice colours to stroked primitives demo

* Move rectangle intersection "demo" to debug tools repo

* Rename examples for consistency

* Show triangles with different styles

* Add text styling demo

* Add text alignment demo

* Add generated example screenshots

* Add Just commands to generate example screenshots

* Apply suggestions from code review

* Make filled primitives demo look nicer

* Move style builders into their own vars

* Remove input handling example

Code moved in embedded-graphics/simulator#26

* Remove line_thickness "demo"

This is really a debug tool and is already sorted by the "line" example
in embedded-graphics/debug-tools.

* Start progress demo at a more interesting number

* Regenerate readmes

* Add license info

* Update dependencies

* Move some debug examples into debug-tools

Cc embedded-graphics/debug-tools#10

* Address review comments

* Rename analog clock example

* Regenerate readmes

* Remove unnecessary copyright

* Revert back to Git dependencies for eg-next folder
