http://0.0.0.0:4200 url not informative

Hi all,

When executing the ember server command we get the message "Serving on http://0.0.0.0:4200".
When trying to load this url in the server nothing happens.
It would be better to put there a more informative message about what the host could be.
I saw that the issue was discussed at #354 but this issue was closed and i don't see that this was fixed.

It is not something that can easily be fixed.

0.0.0.0 means "all your interfaces". That includes your localhost loopback (127.0.0.1) and any other interfaces (like your wired or wireless network). Most computers have 2-5 IP addresses at any given time. Run this in your terminal/commandline:

# for windows:
ipconfig
# for unix-like systems (linux / mac os)
ifconfig

technically all the ip addresses you'll find there would be valid. So you can't really just replace 0.0.0.0 with 127.0.0.1, that would usually be wrong. In some cases it would even be dangerously wrong: You'd be thinking "oh my computer is just available locally", when, in fact, it accepts connections from anyone on the same network.
