emdash-plugin-engagement — post-publish/reply email digests + comment gamification

Built a plugin for two of the retention mechanics most publishing platforms treat as table stakes (Jetpack Subscriptions, Ghost's built-in newsletters, Discourse's trust levels/badges) — no core changes needed, entirely on public hooks + capabilities:

• New-post digest — double opt-in, daily email listing what's new since last send, skipped on quiet days.
• Reply notifications — subscribe to a thread, get emailed when someone replies.
• Comment gamification — points + badges per approved comment, public leaderboard route.

Built entirely on content:afterPublish, comment:afterCreate/comment:afterModerate, cron, and the email:send/users:read capabilities. Ships a tiny dependency-free <SubscribeForm /> Astro component for the UI.
