Bumps emdash + @emdash-cms/cloudflare from 0.6.0 to 0.8.0, and applies the marketing-cloudflare template changes from emdash-cms/templates#11: swaps the Phosphor CDN stylesheet for astro-iconset with a curated icon allowlist, replacing <i class="ph ph-..."> usage with the Icon component.
