Bug fix release.

  • Fix MockBackend resurrecting deleted objects: a GET after DELETE now returns 404 instead of regenerating the object from the schema seed (which also cleared the tombstone). Adds an is_deleted() guard before the seed fallback in _mock_get(), plus regression tests.

PEP 440 post-release on 0.0.11.
