Re-visit design of finalise form

The finalise form is...A Lot, at the moment. I think we should reconsider why we're asking all these questions before we enable it.

A few questions from my end:

• Why are we asking for arrival/departure times as well as availability? This seems redundant and confusing. The arrival/departure times aren't used for scheduling so I think we should drop these.
• Can we combine telephone and DECT numbers into one field? I expect the handful of people who know their DECT number far enough in advance will understand that.
• At the moment the time ranges shown in "Availability" are specific to proposal types and are driven by this horror which we'd rather like to get rid of. I think we should just show a generic availability form for all proposal types, with the options 10:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00, and 18:00-00:00.
• "Funding required" is surely redundant by this point??
• I think "additional info" should only be shown for installations (where we ask for special handling info). For everything else, people should be messaging us.

• Agreed combine arrival and availability. But maybe installations will want some way to indicate they're coming early to set up? Maybe use the current arrival section for installations and availability section for talks/workshops? Performances might want a different thing.
• I guess the DECT question was for when nobody could reliably take mobile calls on site. Most people can probably VoWiFi or something now? Should we maybe ask for permission to (ugh) Whatsapp and/or Signal?
• Talks and workshops can probably share the same rough availability times. Performances probably want a different range or maybe just skip it and handle elsewhere.
• Yes, probably just a note at the bottom saying to message us if you need anything else, want paying, etc.

Agreed on fewer slots for availability - if people really need to tell us something more fine grained, can they message us and we modify it in the backend to be something else?

Yes, we should have info about requirements/funding needed already for workshops/talks, so there's no point in asking again.

Pretty sure installations don't use this form.

I think the intention behind asking for separate arrival/departure time was to use them as hard constraints on when the thing could be scheduled but soften it with the availability selection. Pretty sure this will have been eaten by a refactor of slot machine (and we're probably better letting folks set their availability with what they know anyway and/or talk to us)

The arrival time dropdown is also...2 events out of date at this point. So I think we can safely scrap that part at least.
