Re-visit design of finalise form #2000

The finalise form is...A Lot, at the moment. I think we should reconsider why we're asking all these questions before we enable it.

A few questions from my end:

  • Why are we asking for arrival/departure times as well as availability? This seems redundant and confusing. The arrival/departure times aren't used for scheduling so I think we should drop these.
  • Can we combine telephone and DECT numbers into one field? I expect the handful of people who know their DECT number far enough in advance will understand that.
  • At the moment the time ranges shown in "Availability" are specific to proposal types and are driven by this horror which we'd rather like to get rid of. I think we should just show a generic availability form for all proposal types, with the options 10:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00, and 18:00-00:00.
  • "Funding required" is surely redundant by this point??
  • I think "additional info" should only be shown for installations (where we ask for special handling info). For everything else, people should be messaging us.
