Second beta for testers — install:

uv tool install --reinstall 'marvisx-cli==0.3.7b2'

Stable installs stay on 0.3.6. Over 0.3.7b1: completes the doctor projects_root fix (#4 fully resolved — all 8 issues now check out) and adds a managed-Windows / WDAC install note. Full notes in CHANGELOG.md.
