UTF-8 characters cannot be typed into TextEdit

Describe the bug
When utf-8 characters are typed into a TextEdit widget in run-native mode, it won't be recognized and displayed. It only shows up when it's the first character to be typed in.

To Reproduce

1. Clone the egui repo
2. cd into the dir
3. cargo run -p hello_world
4. try to type several non-ASCII characters with fcitx5

Expected behavior
The characters typed should be there.

I also hit this, and (upon adding log directives) seems like UTF-8 input is not routed through Event::Text at all.

discards the update since state.ime_cursor_range would only be initialized upon ImeEvent::Enabled.

Found out where that Disabled comes from: from empty Preedit (which is presumably emitted that way by the WM!) via

egui/crates/egui-winit/src/lib.rs

1. I'm totally sure something went wrong with b61c35e (like it pulled some extra commits relative to the main branch),
2. that fix should be checked against all platforms if any of them breaks in another way,

but it works for me, on Linux on X11.
