What does hphystheat do on a Buderus WLW186i?

Setup:

• Buderus WLW186i-12 AR TP70 (Außeneinheit + Inneneinheit WLW-12 MB AR)
• Pufferspeicher MX300 300L
• EMS-ESP (BBQKees Gateway) via MQTT → Home Assistant

Question:
My heat pump cycles roughly every 20 minutes (short cycling / Takten), which I suspect is caused by too narrow a hysteresis on the buffer tank control.

I found this entity and the unit K*min is unusual compared to normal K (Kelvin) hysteresis parameters. My interpretation is that it could be an integral-based hysteresis — the pump only restarts once the temperature deficit × time exceeds a threshold. But I cannot find any documentation on this.

Specifically I'd like to know:

1. What exactly does K*min mean in this context — is it a time-temperature integral?
2. Is the current value of 0 the cause of my short cycling, or is 0 = disabled/default?
3. What would be a reasonable starting value to test (e.g. 100 K*min)?
4. Is this parameter safe to change via EMS-ESP, or is it overridden by the thermostat/BC400?

I have not found this entity documented anywhere in the EMS-ESP docs, the bosch-buderus-wp.github.io entity list, or previous discussions. Any insights appreciated!
