• Relay configuration has been redesigned around a clearer positive model: relay_enabled, use_community_relays, and custom_relay_addresses.
• This is a BREAKING config change. Older disable_relay-based config files are no longer the active model for relay behavior in this release.
• Relay resolution now combines the community relay set and custom relay addresses explicitly, instead of treating custom relay addresses as an implicit full replacement path.

• Local CLI daemon connection now verifies that the connected daemon belongs to the requested --fungi-dir, avoiding accidental writes against another local fungi daemon that happens to share the same RPC port.
