PSP platform support

I've started a [decomp of Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G](https://github.com/tclamb/mhp2g-decomp/tree/development) that recently crossed the 0.5% threshold. I've been running the site locally to track progress, and it'd be nice to have the project listed so I can share the treemap with others.
