Add signatures to cryptify

[leonbotros]

• adds sender authentication by using identity-bases signatures
• adds the possibility to encrypt using multiple attributes
• does not add the possiblity to send to multiple recipients (yet)
• backend does not need irma for verification anymore, instead uses pg-core + global IBS verification key to verify the senders email address.
