Blizz Frames still appearing

First of all i need to mention that me and my guildies are super happy that this is back and genuinely revitalize our will to play the game!

And yeah the blizz frames are still appearing after getting into a group after changing/switching character, yes the checkboxes are ticked for "hide blizzard party" "hide blizzard raid"
de-checking it, reloading, rechecking it, reloading- doesn't work

Are you running any other addons when this is occurring?

Interacting with frames: no, i had Danders but removed it before trying out Cell
However i have many of the popular addons, Unhlated Frames, BetterCDM, Enhanced QoL, ItruliaQoL and many others

I would just disable them (not delete) and run only cell to see if the problem is with cell or another addon.
