FYI nothing is likely to happen on this until checks pass.

The Validate / check_urls one.

Probably the easiest fix for this is creating a GitHub repository for the plugin.

@mr-gigabytes if you are not interested in making a GitHub plugin for this, I would recommend that you submit it to Hecter94's Plugin Archive instead. That repository does not require a GitHub URL, and can use a custom website if needed.
The "official" repository isn't quite as flexible; it could also be considered more "curated"; but it doesn't have as many plugins.

In this endless-sky-plugins repository, a separate repository on your GitHub account is required to add the plugin to the official list.
The way the official list works, you can either download the plugin from the website's page or ESLauncher2. But it does not store copies of every file in the plugin.
However, there is a different, larger plugin repository. It does not show up on the website's page or ESLauncher2, but it has a compilation of every known plugin for Endless Sky. To submit plugins to that archive, all you have to do is open an issue an upload a zipped file of your plugin the way it is on the website.
The plugin will not automatically update still, but it doesn't require a GitHub repository.

If there's anything still unclear, feel free to say so. I'm happy to help.
