I learned about this annotation in a workshop hosted by Nathan from GDQuest.
This will allow us to add backwards-compatibility aliases to preserve existing programs when we rename a block for some reason.

I'm just pushing this for reference in case we ever did want to add block aliases but I'll not work further on this.
