Update "patchwork" ignores to "backstitch"

Backstitch is the new name. The file & folder names have all changed, so the .gitignore rules I added in #2079 need to be updated.

In addition, my proposal in inkandswitch/backstitch-launcher#6 to ignore the launcher executable was rejected, so we should update the rules here accordingly.
