ImageCreate, ImageCreateFromPng, ImageColorAllocate, ImageSetPixel and ImageCopyResized should be lowercase in create function of QrCode.php

You're right, I also noticed this. The algorithm in general is very old and ugly and needs a complete rewrite to make it follow the current coding standards. Also, some of the constructions used are obsolete. However, at this point it would cost me too much of my time to completely refactor the code, so for now I'll leave it as it is as long as it works.

Is this causing you any troubles or errors? Then I will change it for you. If it's pure esthetic, you are free to create a pull request with your rewritten code and I will be happy to merge it for you.
