V42 Gate 8: Local Staging MVP Rehearsal

Summary

• Add the V42 local/staging full MVP rehearsal proof artifact, generator, checker, and source-safe operator receipt script.
• Bind Gates 2 through 7 into one rehearsal path covering Depositing, Reading, Finding Fits, preview/quote, settlement, BTD rights, repository delivery, AI-reading uplift, telemetry/database readback, and mainnet blocking.
• Add Terminal rehearsal readback, staging-testnet preflight metadata, docs/spec updates, workflow wiring, and a stable Gate 7 roadmap predicate.
