[v1.0] Encoder direction reversed in firmware

Why: Encoder footprint in v1.0 PCB is rotated relative to the intended orientation.
Workaround (v1.0): Firmware inverts the sign — invisible to the user.
Planned fix (v1.1): Correct PCB footprint orientation in KiCad files.
