Aligns the quarter labels on ZK Email's reports with the periods they actually cover:
ZK Email's SPP2 grant started in Q3 2025, so the existing labels place each report two quarters earlier than the period it covers. The Anti-Capture dashboard reads these labels as overdue even though every report has been submitted.
