chore: bump to 1.5.0 for doc improvements

Summary

Bumps package version from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0 so downstream consumers (environment-setup) pick up recent doc improvements via npm update.

Doc changes included in this release

• sqlcmd context safety: warn about shared sqlcmd context in CLI docs (docs: warn about shared sqlcmd context in CLI docs #62)
