It is really nice having this new command line that starts with a command like git where functions are neatly partitioned.

…ted most of the commands, but still some to finish up.
…the source file list so the files are relative to the current working directory.

Pulled local class out of EntityCompiler.
Added quiet mode for building.
Fixed spelling of quietly.
… so it knows to invalidate if it is different. This way if someone moves a tag or commits to a branch the cache will know it invalidate and we won't use stale files.
…g the -parameters option when compiling so method argument names will be returned properly when introspected.
