Remove 'louislam/uptime-kuma' from master_repository.json

To give context, this primarily caused by the constant and relentless nagging and pinging that we receive every day of a PR is left open.
There seems to be some metric on your end that encourages annoying spam like this.

Hi! understandable, this has been an ongoing issue we are aiming to fix, thanks for the input and being open for development until now.

Could you please update the PR to use the inactive_at attribute, so we can still capture and calculate the negative (and positive) aspects of all previous development? We'll then get it squared away and into prod ASAP!

This is unfair. They closed all PRs without reviewing it. I experienced my first closed PR without reason.
Pls remove it completely.
