Add configuration to list module tags that should not be exported #608
Description
Some module tags may be desired on the avail view, but not desired once module is loaded. Also some tags from loaded modules should not be exported when saving collection.
This currently applies to loaded and hidden tags and this is hard-coded within getExportTagList procedure.
A configuration option may be introduced to control such list of tags not to export.
