Token Bucket Algorithm for Envoy Gateway

I have deployed envoy gateway in k8. Currently with backend trafficpolicy iam uanble to achieve the token bucket algorithm, there is no option to provide burst size or refill request. what i understand is the limit we provide is common for both burst size and refill request. is there any option for provide burst size and refill rate seperately in envoy gateway

does envoy support to custom it? last time I reviewed the implement, it's not supported.

@zirain , when i checked, i didnt find any options to achieve this with backendtraffic policy. you have any other options to achieve this. thank you.
