This is [1] an html control-panel that displays FPS information using JavaScript and [2] a client-side component for a AppJS application that sends config information (altered by the control-panel) to the nodejs 'server-side' of the application.
This is intended to be inserted in the client-side of an AppJS application.
For full message-sending behavior, also include nodejs code similar to content in the nodejs folder.
