Deployment pipeline — phased plan

Umbrella issue tracking the phased build and deployment pipeline. Goal: get curl -fsSL https://eonist.github.io/runner-bar/install.sh | bash working on a clean Mac before writing any app logic.

Do not advance a phase until the acceptance test for the current phase passes.

Phases

• Phase 1 — Repo & docs → v0.1 — Minimal viable runner status bar app #1
• Phase 2 — Bare-bones compilable Swift app → Phase 2 — Bare-bones compilable Swift app #4
• Phase 3 — build.sh produces a working .app → Phase 3 — build.sh produces a working .app bundle #5
• Phase 4 — GitHub Pages live → Phase 4 — GitHub Pages live #6
• Phase 5 — install.sh works end-to-end on a clean Mac → Phase 5 — install.sh works end-to-end on a clean Mac #7
