Promote Phase 2 Technologies: round 2

Once Biology, Constellatus, and the Automation Platform are available for public use, we should do another round of marketing.
The goals in this round will be:

1. to get developers to start using the Native Biology language;
2. to raise awareness of our open source tools (including the Automation Platform);
3. to drive sales within Constellatus;
4. to drive sales of our cloud infrastructure

As before, our open source tools should promote the use of Eons Infrastructure Technologies, since the profits from those resources will feed open source development.
