v0.2.0

This v0.2.0 release is a huge update. It includes:

• Documentation!
• CI, with documentation!
• Input schema validation!
• Human-friendly Telegram messages!
• A yarn build command to programmatically generate the dist.zip to upload to AWS Lambda.
• Maintainer notifications on runtime errors, optionally delivered to a different Telegram chat than customer-facing notifications.
• Maintainer notifications link directly to the logs in CloudWatch (you're welcome).
• The ability to divert events from designated sources to a different Telegram chat, for testing without interrupting customers.
• Build metadata is packed into the distributable, and is available at runtime.
• The option to get event timestamps in one or more custom timezones.
• HTML message formatting in Telegram.
• A best-effort attempt to catch runtime errors at the entrypoint and log them before exiting.
• Refactored environment variable reads.
• Other miscellaneous bugfixes and improvements.

This is still a point release because I have yet to write test suites.
