Only one of the R groups is saved to CDX format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Indigo library (Bingo cartridge). Describe environment.

2. Add to Canvas Arrows element (or Open KET file)
   

3. Save >> select CDX or base64 CDX or CDX XML >> Save

4. Ketcher >> Open CDX file >> Error
   

5. ChemDraw >> Open CDX file >> Error
   

Actual behavior
Only one of the R groups is saved to CDX format.
No issue for mol/ket formats

Expected behavior
All R groups should be saved to all CDX formats.
