Fixed: Resizing of small images upscales them instead of leaving current size.

High quality resizing using both percentage or maximum image sizes.
Exporting as PNG or JPEG, or convert keeping current image format.
Included two presets (1080 and 720 for web optimization).
Picsor always compress files on a different folder in order to protect your original data.
