ManageExperiments Type is always `None`

These identifiers looks to have been removed in e546895

What did you expect to happen?

Expected to see identifiers, or have the column removed if not deemed useful.

steps to reproduce

Run any simulation, open manage experiments and see the `None` value in the `Type` column.

We are not storing information about the ensemble type at the moment, so until we do that we can remove the type column.
