Unable to modify any user information

I'm running Eramba using Docker and I'm unable to add or modify user information.

I've tried adding users manually and by uploading the import users template but it just loads and then stops. I'm also unable to modify user information like my own admin password. 

Any ideas what's causing this? Is this a bug?
