Creating new template does not save Working Directory setting

I have created a template to make starting a new project easier. It all works fine, except the setting in the template for Working Directory, which is set to $(ProjectPath), is not applied to a new project which uses the template. Instead the original default is set which is "$(WorkspacePath)/build-$(WorkspaceConfiguration)/lib"
