docs: remove OCI, GCP, Azure, aws-private and Heroku deploy docs (tmi#979) Delete Certificate-Automation and TMI-Promtail-Logger, rename OCI-Container-Deployment to Oracle-Container-Images (Oracle ADB stays supported), reduce Terraform-Deployment to AWS, and rewrite Cloud-Logging around the remaining CloudLogWriter extension point.
