CE: Bump desktop to v0.1.1

What

Bump modelrelay-desktop to v0.1.1 to capture #293 (first-launch onboarding wizard) and #294 (settings UI + tray polish), which both merged after desktop-v0.1.0.

Files changed:

• crates/modelrelay-desktop/Cargo.toml: 0.1.0 -> 0.1.1
• crates/modelrelay-desktop/tauri.conf.json: 0.1.0 -> 0.1.1
• Cargo.lock: regenerated

Release

Merging this PR does NOT trigger a release on its own. After merge, push tag desktop-v0.1.1 on main to trigger .github/workflows/desktop-release.yml, which builds .deb/.AppImage/.rpm/.dmg/.exe/.msi artifacts.

Validation notes

• Tauri crates can't fully compile in Cloud Eric (missing GTK/webkit/atk system libs); validation here is JSON/TOML parse + version check + diff review.
• Full compilation will be exercised by the release workflow on ubuntu-latest, macos-latest, and windows-latest.

Test plan

• tauri.conf.json parses, version reads as 0.1.1
• Cargo.toml parses, package.version reads as 0.1.1
• Cargo.lock regenerated to match
• Post-merge: desktop-v0.1.1 tag pushed, release workflow succeeds on all 3 platforms
