Marketing activities Analysis - Utilized Python and Jupyter Notebooks with libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn to clean, analyze, and visualize a Marketing activities Dataset, thereby identifying consumer preferences, pricing trends, and market dynamics while uncovering key insights into brand performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Contact center and car Sales Analysis - Utilized MySQL for data cleaning, formatting, and analysis of contact center operations, alongside Tableau for visualization and dashboard creation, enabling the identification of perfomance, popular pickup seasons, and revenue trends to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
3. Company and product Disbursement Analysis - Utilized Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization of company Dataset, enabling the identification of key trends and providing deeper insights into company performance and operational effectiveness.
4. Collections and recovery Analysis - Utilized Microsoft Excel to clean, conduct exploratory data analysis, create pivot tables and charts, and develop an interactive dashboard for acollections and recovery Dataset, thereby delivering insights into the performance of the Company's thirteen major branches.
